[Mod Request] Radioactive Uranium

So I was looking through the forums, and I don't know if anyone asked for this but, maybe adding radioactivity as an uranium property. For example, you can't get so close to uranium for so long, unless you have a hazmat suit or some sort of thing like this. Maybe radioactive atmospheres? Like a planet which is radioactive and you can only take the radioactivity for a few days before you get sick and then pass away? I know this would take lots of work but its just a mod I want to see.
