Is there a way to translate the game myself?

My father wants to play the game but isn't so good at english. Is it possible at this stage or does he'll have to wait?

Hi, you actually can translate it yourself by using Notepad++ (or any other script editor) and transalting every single file in your rimworld folder/mods/core/launguages and editing your launguage or creating new one by copying the English folder. But in my opinnion, it's better option to wait
