playing fine then colours went a little Psychedelic

this has been happening for a few weeks since the latest update did mention it on twitter a week or two back cant really explain  what happens other that the seem to be a flicker of square blocks then this happens

Wow usually this happens when a mod has done something funky. Im guessing youre vanilla? Check your output.log in your rimworld folder for clues.

This happens to me too, sometimes when i change window focus (dual monitors, and i always have game on my main monitor and music on the other, this happens when i click on the window in other monitor), but it reverts back to normal when i come back to the game(resume focus)...

Try updating your drivers. I'm not sure why this happens but maybe is related to what Zipko said. Sometimes a notification of some kind can popup changing the focus of the game for a moment.

Looks like corruption in the graphics buffer.

Likely culprits:
-Video drivers
-Video card hardware
-Overheating
-Unity
-OS
-not RimWorld game code

Check your drivers and OS and heat levels etc please.
