Scenario's and adventure maps

A couple of weeks ago I did scenario map to test the water. Unfortunately I went and posted it in the Stories forum, which is a bit of a backwater.  The reason I put it there as there was a bit of story in the opening post.

I guess this was a proof of concept idea, and I was after feedback if its actually worth pursuing it further. In games such as steel panthers series there's a huge community that creates and plays scenario's. So I'm trying to breathe some life into the idea for Rimworld.
