I tried it and rimworld exploded spectacularly.  The output file is attached.

There's a million NullReferenceExceptions.  I did notice this though "Version mismatch: Map file is version 0.0.254 rev38004, we are running version 0.0.254 rev38031."

barry_scot, you seem to be using version 0.254 while 0.254b is out. Will this happen on 0.254b too?

i didn't even know there was a 254b; so sorry i don't know if it will happen again, i don't even know how it happened in the first place. and how do i update my game? or does it do it automatically?

I have had this happen to, while playing on Chill. It pops on and off randomly but exiting the game and reloading solved the issue.

my save file is a mess so i cant do that :l they are looking into it but its too late for my old save now got a new base up and running now and so far so good.

hmmz weird since it gives a version mismatch wich implies you are using an older version.
I will look into it more when i get home.
