Start with different weapons?

I want to do a game where I only use ancient/medieval weaponry. So I would like to know if there is a mod or any way in the game to start with bows instead of the pistol and Lee Enfield. Any help would be appreciated.

You can customize your starting pawns/equipment/weapons/resources however you like.
