Random terrain generation blocks geothermal generator placement.

G'day.

Just started a new world/colony, and I cannot place one of my geothermal generators over a geyser because there is a marsh in the top-left corner of the placement area.

Is this an oversight?  A random chance?  Expected?

Yes, this is expected in A9. Should be fixed for next releases:

I've actually already adjusted the geyser placer to just not place geyser too close to ground that doesn't support the Heavy terrain affordance.
