Now I've snagged a few saved files from various players who have put them up to sample their bases. Now I'll admit that I am a bit of a nooblet so I have to ask, just how do I use these files/install them into my game?

In addition, how do I go about posting my own?
I believe in magic because it's the only way to explain how fitted sheets get folded.

Savefiles are located in C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\LocalLow\Ludeon Studios\RimWorld\

Just pop the downloaded file in there or upload your own from there.

Cheers!

Now it seems I've run into a snag, roughly at the user part. Running Win 7 64 bit.

I get to users and it offers me the name of my pc (S*it-Hawk), UpdateUser, Public and none of them have the AppData section within them.

Never mind, found it as a hidden folder. :P

Its a hidden folder. You need to go into view and show hidden folders

Alternatively, click the windows icon on the taskbar at the bottom of your screen. In the search bar at the bottom type "%appdata%" (With the % signs) and click on the Roaming folder. This will bring you to User -> Appdata -> Roaming, so at the top where the URL bar is/would be click appdata and you should see the LocalLow folder.
