so tired just came back from track practice

I just got to work. Today my day started great, received a good kiss from my wife, made 2 reaaaally great coffes at my espresso machine, it had alot of foam and was creamy, drinked while eating a grilled sandwich with ham and mussarela cheese, the one when you bite, the cheese stretches.

Had a reaaaaally good breakfest.
