or B) to go to another map or C) now you have to use cargo pods if u want to sell to orbital traders. I think C, and i don't like it.

I think transport pods are for landing your caravans onto an island.

I'm pretty sure we will be able to settle on new maps, and those pods are used to transport colonists to places that are very far away.

Though, i wouldn't be surprised if they were also used to sell stuff to orbital traders as well.

Maybe we will be able to sell stuff the way we can now, but we will have to pay more (for their pod to land on the planet and come back up). And if you have those fancy pods, the profit will be bigger, because you dont have to pay them extra for their pods.
