Why can't we raid/siege other Factions when they raid/siege us?

I think it would be a cool idea to be able to raid/siege other colonies bases and it to have a negative influence on the relationship. this would also be a good idea as It's another way to capture prisoners and collect resources!

Yeah it would be a cool idea, hopefully someone makes a mod for it or Tynan will add it in later.
