Maybe there is a mod that already does this, but I have not seen one.  It would be awesome if we could make little cosmetic signs similar to the planning tool.  I find that I use the planning alot now to lay out the rooms for my base.  It would be cool if I could slap a label on the planned area that said "Armor", "Medbay", etc...

IMO we should have a copy of the UI but it can only make "Ghost" objects for the purpose of planning.

I would like to point out that it will surely be used to insert comment on Screenshot, so Tynan, maybe you'll want to put place some more text.

Of course, there is ALWAYS another way to put text on screenshot, but those on Steam would be asked if they want to upload their screenshots before having the chance to modify them.

I would add another feature, instead of having two buttons for plan and remove plan, can we just make it so a left click adds the plan, and the shift click removes the plan?
