Can I use Artificial Brains?

And again ship parts crashed.
Now I have a ship AI core again, and I'm thinking about what the use of it is.
Can I use this... thing?
In RimWorld nearly everything makes sense, but I didn't find a use of artifial brains yet. Is there anyone?

Iiii'm fairly sure you're not even supposed to be able to extract that thing from them

Uh, my fault
I didn't mean the AI brains of Centipedes, I mean the AI core of crashed ships.
I edited my first post.

any other use of the core would be nice. i vendored 4 of them, because i dont want to leave the planet.

You need an AI core to make one of the ship parts to "win" the game. Other than that, the only non-modded use would be to sell I think.

The awesome advanced cybernetics mod allows you to use them to replace brains, and even increases their "consciousness" level.

I strongly recommend everyone give that a shot.  I'm not normally a mod person, but it really fills a incomplete aspects of the game.
