Original Colonist Customization

I want to be able to choose my first three colonists.  I want to select their age, backgrounds, traits, etc.   I am sure somebody has made this already but I cannot find it.

I want to start a cannibal colony without having to hit the randomize button 3k times.

it's not updated for alpha 10 yet but EdBards seems to be right on it
