Stuffed Worktable Quality

Basically, there's no reason right not to NOT make wood butcher, research, etc tables.

BUUUUT.
Let's say we gave stuff "Tool Quality".

Wood would have 50%, silver/gold would have 80, steel 100, and plasteel 140

Tool Quality is a multiplier to all work done at the table--there would probably be a separate Quality for research as I see gold and silver having merits there--meaning that a plasteel table would be nearly thrice as fast as a wood one.
