Edit a custom label for Bills

Hi,

Really enjoyable times, again, with Rimworld, since last September! Excellent game!

Good filter system apperance since my last colony and, for obvious reasons, I have several bills stacked into, let's say the Scupltors table.
Being able to give bills a custom label would help activate the ones needed without going into all of them, if difference in filters or other prop (skill level).
