(no mod, 0.10.785) Can't find a telescope.

I have been playing alpha 10 since it got out (i'm aware of the hot-fix), and I still have not seen a trader sell telescope.

In my current game: Cassandra, rough, 3rd year, I look at every trader (of any type).. you would think I would have found a trader that sell telescope by now...

Is it not sold by trader?..  is it really rare?.. could not find any info on wiki/patch note that could help me, so I have no idea if this is really a bug. So, if this is not a bug i'm sorry.

To think of it I haven't seen any trader with tellyscope either
(but I haven't gotten to play that much either)

I took a look at the TraderDef and I don't see any of those 'stock generators' for the telescope
mite just been forgotten to put it in the traders, not sure *shrug*

Yes, I've never seen a telescope and I'm playing my second A10 colony now.
