Robbaz asked for the game and I sent it to him.. so we'll see what horrible things he might do to it.

Everyone else - thanks for the suggestions and for independently mentioning us to people!

Brilliant! Cant wait to see Robbaz's vid on the game!

Ontogenesis

I'll add it was Mathas, suggested on the first page, which put me on to this game (via this thread: http://theindiestone.com/forums/index.php/topic/2074-rimworld-pre-alpha-is-incredible-so-far/) and got me contributing to the kickstarter. If you love your youtubers, they'll love your game right back :D

SKS received a copy already, so don't spam the poor guy. ;D

Vandigeth

I found out about this project through a relatively unknown source, I think. He goes by the name ChristonianA. He plays indie games rather consistently and so I keep him subbed for instances just like this. Were it not for him, I would not have noticed RimWorld and missed it altogether.

Just my 2 cents.

I've asked Capnduck as well to contact Tynan. For those of you who don't know, he's the guy who made Dwarf Fortress much more accessible back in the day, through a series of video tutorials. :D

Aerouge

If you want some German coverage you should contact Gronkh
http://www.youtube.com/user/Gronkh

He is one of the biggest German Youtubers and would provide great coverage for Rimworld.

Pewdiepie (most subscribers worldwide) and Smosh (4th worldwide) could be worth to ask ;)

Heh, CapnDuck's videos was how I learned to play Dwarf Fortress sooo many moons ago.  I didn't realise he was still making videos.

Conti027

Need more Youtube videos!! I've watch them all and I need more!!!!

Someone should stream it :)
I'd be more than happy to do it but I don't think Tynan would want to give me a copy since I basically have no followers on Twitch. lol

Scott Manley might be interested in it.  He is a big indie fan with Kerbal space program, so this might be down his alley.  his videos are very thorough and largely entertaining.

sooo it's been a while...
Any infos from Robbaz when/if he makes a video for Rimworld? Might be a great push for the Kickstarter while it's still runnning.
...allways an egg.

Anyone given thought to asking Paul Soares? I have a feeling he would love the game and he does do a lot of Indie and Alpha stuff

I second Scott Manley. He's really good at breaking complicated games down, and is a really good speaker to boot. The other YouTuber's I really like that do these kind of games (das24680 and Zemalf) already have videos up.

SteveAdamo

has anyone mentioned Paul Soares Jr? he has a pretty massive subscriber base, but is a very easy going, personable guy... and loves the indie scene... :)
