I know the work-around you described Mikhail Reign.
Depending on condition it clearly take much more than 5 clicks, and require sometime a particular pause/restart timing to make sure no unintended automation happen.

Whereas my idea should use only 3 clicks in any cases where creating a stockpile isn't the goal, I also imagine it quite failsafe.

I don't know what else to add ! You should even have to count the click to make this look interesting !
So maybe we should just agree to disagree.
