Mouse Surrounded by Numbers

Is this a bug? I can't get rid of it. Restarted my game, my computer, pressed every button on my keyboard; I'm running with no mods using RimWorld785win.exe. I hope I don't have to restart? I've made it very far for the first time since the third alpha release! D:

The screenshots are too blurred, but I guess you accidentally clicked on "show beauty" which is a button on the lower right.
