Colonist list on HUD

I'd really like a list of all my colonists, their hitpoints, current action and maybe a sweet headshot along the edge of my screen as a quick reference to summarize what my people are doing.

I've found that my colonists will walk off the screen and pick a fight with a Boomrat or Muffalo. They'll die before I even realized they were in danger. If I could see some blinking red on their headshot, I'd know that this colonist needs attention immediately.

Think of it as a party view in any MMO.
