Warden/Doctor

Hey, so i'm testing out RimWorld, awesome awesome game but i do have one question:

How do i assign a warden/doctor ? Let's say i capture someone, i take them to my prison but i can't do anything beyond that. I can't feed them or heal them. They just slowly die and i can't seem to do anything. Is there something I'm missing ?

Go into the overview and assign someone to Warden. You do that by clicking on the box under "Warden"

Example(here I use the Manual option, you don't have to!)
