Searching for a mod...

I am searching for a mod that changes how sad they can be like: Colonist left unburied -10. And change those things.
Is it a mod or can you do it yourself in the game files?

this is very easy to change on your own!
go to the rimworld folder Mods/Core/Defs/ThoughtDefs
and find and open (notepad works for this) the correct mood in one of the xml files there
the Colonist left unburied for example is in Thoughts_ConditionsSpecial.xml
and find the
     <defName>ColonistLeftUnburied</defName>
bit in there
you'll see the base mood effect thing under that, just change the number to whatever you want!

If the game is too difficult for you, you may change the difficulty.
You can also change the number <colonistMoodOffset> in Mods\Core\Defs\DifficultyDefs\Difficulties.xml
