Mod Structures not working

I have tried both Ykaras and Minus's surgeries mods and I haven't gotten either of them to work. The mods install and run fine, both mods items and research shows up and the traders have their things, I can also build all the things associated with each mod but I cant get my colonists to use them, and Ive made sure thats the requirements are met, and when I right click on them, nothing shows up. Any idea what is causing this. Im using version 9.725
