like to see all events show up on the history tab

currently in alpha 11, things like the toxic fallout event do not show up on the history tab... this is a major event that affects the colony, and I would like to see it added to the history tab.

Agreed, recounting past experiences for storytelling or even bugtesting/balancetesting is so much easier when you know what's happened.
