Stop having doctors rush out to give food to downed pawns

This is super, super annoying and I really hate it tremendously.  There doesn't seem to be any way to stop this other than to define an area and restrict your doctors to it.  I don't understand the point of this behavior at all.

This is a known bug. I'm guessing it'll be fixed whenever Tynan hotfixes this Alpha release.

Never had this happen, mind you I make sure people get put it medical designated beds asap

Yea this is a bug, depending on the allegiance of the pawn.
