I see a blocked wall construction site. Maybe that is the cause of this problem?

And can you show us the job setting in the 'Overview'?

I have found a task bug that make the colonists just stand there. Please open the link while reading this to understand the explanation. In the picture there are three arrows. The red arrow points to where a wall had been built (until i sold it). The white arrow points to where a piece of metal was. The BLUE arrow points to a colonist hauling said metal. This is what happened... The colonist, Lang, had just built the wall, red arrow, which enclosed the piece of metal, blue arrow, in the area where the white arrow is pointing. When that happened the colonists stopped what they were doing and stood there. I broke the bug by selling the wall, red arrow, and the colonist, Lang, hauled the metal and everything returned to normal. http://imgur.com/CbWAXow I hope that makes sense. I will try and recreate the scenario.

I just watched the video from Tonixzmac's post and i have an account of the same bug. It seems when there is a haul-able item where a wall is set to be built, but unreachable, the colonists, in my case, finish the task they are currently doing then stand in place until the haul-able item is unblocked and is able to be picked up. Drafting and undrafting doesn't fix it. It appears that this bug MIGHT only affects the initial three colonists.
