Hunting

Is anyone else peeved that their colonists insist on shooting each other when they go out to hunt?

Not much. Accident happen in real life and that's why we take a lot of precaution.
In game you just have to avoid making everybody hunter or hunt animals that are close to each other.

(as I learned one minigun is enough to hunt a herd of elks)
