Unchosen Material?

So I have a bunch of mod installed and when I am trying to build a floor or some other stuff, it will say "unchosen material" and I can't get out of selecting it, I had to spam the keyboard for it to cancel out.

Anyone know how to choose the material? it doesn't show the option to change it to wood, metal etc, like the vanilla stuff.

I'm using the modpack fyi.. Any help?

Hello!
"The modpack" doesn't really help, but I'll assume you're using EDb's UI mod, in which case I believe you right click on an object inside the architect menu to choose it's material

and left or right clicking the icon doesn't work

If left/right clicking doesn't help and with that many mods it's unlikely we'll be able to help, Sorry.
Might want to post on Ninefinger's Thread, he should be able to help you track it down.
