Easier way to do UI?

Is there an easier way to do UI features, like windows/ITabs? Trying to work through it in code is so difficult and time consuming

That's what I thought I don't know how Tynan could stand to spend all that time coding the UI, it's so arduous and time consuming! Or maybe I'm missing something

Perhaps he cheated and wrote his own tool to draw the ui elements and the tool turns that into the base code which he tweaks.
