Memory loss would cause the character to randomly refresh their job search/queue. It wouldn't effect their actions when drafted though. Would make them less reliable for crafting. Would make more sense if it develops after a traumatic injury

Narcolepsy would either make them fall asleep randomly. Would have to be balanced not to suck up too much time. Would be the narcoleptic trait.

The fall asleep chance should be tied to mood rating, the lower the mood (the higher the stress) the higher the chance to randomly fall asleep or become very fatigued

it would be nice if the brain could have more diverse damage, among those several kinds of memory loss damages, narcolepsie and others, psychosis and hallucinations would also be nice

This could be done with 2 further modes of confusion.
Aside to walking around confused and running amok, narcoleptic people could fall asleep with a, lets say, 75% chance while the other two confusions have 12,5% or so.

In general, making the "confusion" effect depending on a untreadable illness would be an not to complicated way to implement. There could be a general conditional confusion outbreak, depending on diseases the person has.

Something like this:
Healthy:
45% amok
45% confusion
10% sleep

Narcoleptic:
65% sleep
  5% hallucionation
12,5% amok
12,5% confusion
  5% self-harm

Psychotic:
75% amok
10% hallucionation
10% confusion
  5% self-harm

Depressive
  5% amok
15% sleep
30% confusion
40% self-harm
10% hallucionation

Chemical Interested
20% amok
20% confused
20% sleep
40% hallucination

This could be expandet in any way.

That's pretty much how I figured it would work best, I haven't looked at the code at all so I'm not sure how he handles pawn states and all the defs.

Would just be interesting to have more diversity in traits and more outcomes from injuries, like radiation sickness from the crash landing mod; where with more and more exposure they start throwing up and slowing down.

I like this, but more for the idea of brain damage states raising the chances of breaking, or changing the likelihood of certain breaks. Psychosis seems like it would be more likely to lead to a psychotic break than just dazed wandering for example.
