Marsh soil

just a quick question, that might probably been asked before, but I couldn't find any topic with search: is there anyway to get rid of marsh soil, but to build a floor on it?
I think fertilizer pump was used for it in the past (RIP)...

Marshy Soil can be built on, floored, and grown on. This is from jungle biomes.
Marshes/Swamp water thingy can't

Best you can do is find a mod that can allow you to terraform. OR you can use dev tool to replace the marsh tiles with soil.

We lost our fertilizer pumps but at least they're being put to good use on Mars.

! That could the begining of a new event: send Curiosity into space exploration, in hope to find the Lost Fertilizer Pump (LFP) technology

That's an interesting way to compensate for its current walking speed penalty
