No Silver available for trade

The issue is that there is no silver available in the trade window when I clearly have a lot in my inventory. This was not a one time occurrence and happened every time after it started happening so I am pretty much unable to trade anything for silver. I don't exactly know when it started happening but it was after I applied the 12c patch. See image below for details.

Are you sure it's near a trade beacon? Can you upload a savegame?

Which file do I need to upload ? Where would it be located ?

Well first, please just confirm that your silver is next to your trade beacon. Can you check that for us?

No they were not at my beacon but in another stockpile. When I moved them to my beacon they became available for trade. Thanks.
