Why do I see this red things

those are mod-errors, to assist with debugging, if the game is playable anyway you should be fine, either way try to figure out what mod causes it and report it to them.

I think (and don't quote me on this, I'm not the best at reading debug messages) that you have a mod installed called 'advanced researching' and it just hasn't loaded properly, it may not be compatible with the current version or another mod.

Can you give a list of all the mods you have?

Dat is clutter error ;p
Delete the clutter mod folder and redownload it
