Payment Issue

Hello,

2 Problems.  I already had purchased the core game and wanted to upgrade it to 'name in the game'.  At some point with my paypal payment it changed from dollars to pounds.  I also sent an e-mail about the game upgrade and dollars to pounds issue and have not heard back, that was a day ago and I keep hearing about how fast the replies are... so thought I'd post here just to check if something is wrong.

To my understanding, Ludeon only has the single email support guy, Michael, and he may have something going on for him at the current time.

hopefully this is resolved for you soon however, One man can only do so much so quickly after all.
