YES I USED THE SAME E-MAIL TO BOTH BUY NAME IN GAME AND CREATE RIMWORLD CREATIVE SITE ACCOUNT.

but it says; Hey, thanks for making an account, but it seems like you don't actually have any creative reward purchased for RimWorld.

AND YES I TRIED LOGGING OFF- LOGGING ON QUITE A FEW TIMES.

For your problem:
How long ago did you buy it?
If it is only shortly (as in a few days), you most likely just need to wait a bit.
If it was bought a longer while back, please contact [email protected].
