[Tool] (Alpha 14-15) Simple Save Editor

I've mostly done this for educational purposes, so don't expect it to be all so great (or good, for that matter).
But, it does do the basic skill/trait editing, and hopefully without (m)any issues
It supports modded traits as well, and you can place it in your root game folder, or copy the Mods folder to the program's location.

Right now, it only works on Windows.
Should you guys consider it to be any good, I'll try and port it to other OSes as well.

Doesn't work for me, sadly. I get an error message when I try to open a save :
Failed loading Rimworld Save File. Reason : 5128.898 (number is different with each save file) is not a valid value for single.

I need this tho

I forgot to mention that this tool uses .net framework 4.5
Make sure you have it installed
