meal preference

I felt the need to tweak meal preference of my colonists, such as eat lavish meal when mood below X, or more importantly, don't eat vegetarian(simple) meals prepared for animals, my colonists keep eating animal food. It's where forbidding and area control don't work because I want animals eating them and I want colonists hauling meals to my pen.
