Some sort of glitch, need help!

Hey. I've just downloaded rimworld 3 times now and I am having an issue. It seems unlikely to me that this is because of the download, considering I have done it more than once. So that means its local and probably not many people will have had the same issue. This is the newest version of the game and I have all the older versions to compare with and they have no issues.

There is a bar of pixels at the top of the screen that update normally. Probably about 6 or 7 pixels in width. The rest of the screen only updates if I alt tab to another application or the desktop and then back to the game. Effectively I am only getting one frame. Not even per second. Just one frame.

Please help! I havn't put any mods in the game. This is pure normal simple rimworld with the newest update on PC.

I have discovered a temporary workaround: the glitch only happens when in fullscreen mode.

drivers up to date?

Thanks for the replies guys. Shortly after I posted that it spontaneously fixed itself. :S
