0 Downloads after downloading once?

I downloaded A12a once. I came back to the page today to get A12d, and it says I have 0 downloads left. What gives?

Your browser might be using some kind of aggressive download which is apparently quite common with download managers, it'll use multiple download streams to download the one file faster, but may eat up your attempts.
