As far as I know there isn't an official privacy policy right now.
There just wasn't a demand for it yet

I don't think Ludeon or anyone affiliated is giving/selling our personal information.  I haven't gotten any increased spam or unknown credit card charges or anything since I bought the game back during Alpha 3.

I would assume it is just a general PP. Most indie games don't have one. Saying that, games are much better protected from piracy and other acts if they do apply one.
