since the dev is on a long vacation- i recommend everyone go try out Prison Archetect (and maybe Gnomoria) to quench your thirst. PA espicially - it will consume you once you get the hang of it!

in all seriousness, Rimworld gets boring too after the set up phase- you just watch your colony on high speed basically

other than that- PA has random events too to keep things exciting (think invasions in Rimworld)- but they both plateau at a certain point (like all games)- its still fun to go back and forth between them !
