send owl is perma down?

When ever I try to download alpha 12 I click on the link and get this "This webpage is not available

Sendowl is up for me. And yes, never share your download link. I've edited that out of the original post.

If you're using Chrome as your web browser, then it's likely a problem with that. See google search results:
