[Request] Colony Name Generator

All I want is a button that gives me a list of random names to choose from when choosing a colony name. I want to see some silly names, on par, or better than some of the stupid names AI colonies get. Maybe have it combine phrases from two separate text files. One for prefixes and one for suffixes.

Also, I'm not sure if something like this exists already, or is even possible.

Okay, so adding more names or removing them is pretty easy, you just need to edit the core file by going to Rimworld914Linux/Mods/Core/Languages/English/Strings/NameBanks, where '914Linux' is your version number and OS, that's just mine. Making it combine phrases words for names is a whole different story, along with a random name button, so can't help you there.

Sounds like a UI mod that taps into the faction name generator. EdB may be able to help with the UI bit. Off hand, I'm not sure who has modded name generation before.
