Welcome, civilian, to the colony of Ythiros, on the planet Inuyai. My name is Phaedru Intero. This form lists the expectations and restrictions of the majority of the population of Ythiros. Should you wish to become part of our colony, you must meet all requirements. You must also abide by every law instituted by this colony. Read and understand this material. Thank you.


Colonist Expectations:
Colonist will serve one full week of 8 hr work periods per day
Colonist will provide at least one serviceable skill to colony
Colonist will fight in a militia unit should the Guardian's numbers need bolstering
Colonist will complete assigned projects by deadline (if incapable to do so, colonist can fill a form explaining failure to comply)
Colonist will follow the word of the highest ranking military officer in the event of a crises
Colonist will not have any contagious diseases prior to entering the colony


Colonist Privileges:
Colonists receive 50 resource points (RP) per week of service
Colonists may enjoy all unrestricted areas (listed below) of colony with identification
Colonists may use any spare time for any unrestricted activities (listed below)
Colonists may spend RP on all items with proper documentation of transaction
Colonists may view all archived documents (found in the colony library
Colonists may suspend the decisions of any governing official deemed as corrupt by majority of population


Restricted Areas:
Executive Suites
All Government buildings
Guardian Fortification
Experimental Studies Research Center
Quarantine Ward
Scheduled private events


General Restrictions:
No civilian may be beyond the perimeter wall during crises
No civilian may own a firearm without proper authorization
No civilian may cause harm to another civilian, physically or psychologically
No civilian may interact with another civilian should they have any major ailment, other than the colony's medical staff
No civilian may cause any amount of destruction to property unless authorized


General Punishments:
Should a civilian be found guilty of any of these crimes they shall first lose their privileges.
Should another infraction occur, said civilian shall be placed under house arrest for one service week.
Should a third infringement occur, said civilian will be sentenced to a week in the colony prison.
Should a fourth infraction occur, said civilian will be punished with 10 lashes from electrowhip.
Should a fifth infraction occur, said civilian will be punished with 25 lashes from electrowhip and a month under house arrest.
Should any further infractions occur, said civilian will be evicted from the colony.


Major Restrictions:
Should any civilian trespass within the limits of the Executive Suites or the Guardian Fortifications without proper documents, they will be immediately evicted from the colony.
Should any colonist be found dealing with any enemy of Ythirios, they will be evicted from the colony.
Should any civilian be found guilty of murdering another, they will be sentenced to a life in prison without parole or the death sentence.

It's important in that you don't want the village bloody idiot wandering in. Also, do you think envoys and diplomats would want to be put in a random area of the residential zone?
