City map

Hi everyone!
First post after presentations.
I started to work on a Mod that randomly generates a citymap. I'm just at the beggining but I have a question. Is there a mod doing that already? I coulnd't find any but you guys must know if someone did that or works on that right now?

As in a colony map (with your colonists, items and such on it) with city buildings generated on it or as in a planet map (with the colonies and
factions represented as coloured dots and mountain ranges and biomes etc) with dots indicating cities on it?

As a colony map. I want to start in a city with buildings, roads, etc.

This mod adds some mapgen you might be interested in.

Haplo's Misc+MAI mod also adds some mapgen stuff.  His is based off of pre-defined blueprints (given by the modder).

I'm thinking you could define "city pieces" and let the mapgen do the rest.
