mono.dll (error=193)

Hey guys, i just bought the game and i get this error

Unable to load mono library from "E:/RimWorld/Alpha 12/RimWorld914Win_Data/Mono/mono.dll" (error = 193).

I tried to reinstall the VC Redistributable, still the same... I will send a support in paralel. System features on the attachment

I re-decompress the file and it worked, that way totally my bad o.O
