rhinoceros self tamed while in manhunter state caused weird things

i had a rhino locked up in a room while i was trying to tame it. he became manhunter after a failed tame event so i leave him be until he cool off. but some time later i got a message saying that he became self tamed. when i look at him he was leaving the colony while still on manhunter state. because he was self tamed he just open the doors with his personal rhino-key i gave him and leave. the weird thing happen when he was at the map limit. some kind of image started flickering in the outside of the map. my game lagged a bit and then the rhino was gone....
i have some mods running, you can see the list in the debug log i think

ok now the same thing happen with a thrumbo. the only difference is that he wasn´t manhunter. i got him trapped in a room for a couple of months (with food of course) while i was trying to tame it and it got self tamed and just leave...

known and reported, and fixed bug for the manhunter tamed animals. We will not get the fix until alpha 13 is released.
