Mod idea, Water dam turbine generator

Hi,
since i notice these watermill generator's are pretty useless i got an idea about a maybe better solution.

A modular buildable stream turbine.
1x2 tile size
building material stone blocks + steel
produced fixed 250W power.

Since one part produce less power then a watermill, you can build multiple next to it, over the river, and depend on the riversize you should get more out of it.
Maybe a bonus if the whole river got crossed and the water got stowed for more pressure.
5/10 tiles before&after no other could be build.

If any modder find this idea interesting, feel free to take it.
