Zoom in problem

Hi I just bought the game Rimworld and I have had a lot of fun with it. But today when I opened the game everything on the screen was enlarged. The work bar was at least 10x bigger and it takes up most of the screen. I am on a Mac. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I don't have a Mac, and virtually no Mac experience, so I'll give the standard answer:

Back up your saves, erase RimWorld completely, and reinstall it from scratch.  Does that fix it?  (If you don't have the install, use your download link in your email. That is your unique link and will never change. You can even bookmark it to get updates when they're released.)
